UI Designer

We are looking for a skilled and multi-talented UI Designer with a passion for working with our products and helping us create world class user experiences.

You are passionate about understanding customers’ needs and creating beautiful UI and graphic design. You love to actively browse through services like Dribbble looking at beautiful designs for inspiration and to develop your craft.

Responsibilities

  • Design beautiful and pixel-perfect designs and components for e.g. menus, tabs etc.
  • Create UI Mockups and prototypes
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on iteration
  • Identify and understand users needs
  • Collaborate closely with both our UX designers and developers

Requirements and skills

  • Solid UI Designer track record or similar role
  • Experience designing for mobile apps
  • Public portfolio of design projects
  • Strong experience of Figma and Adobe Creative suite
  • Able to iterate designs based on user testing/feedback
  • Understanding the meaning of data analytics in relation to create conversion-friendly user flows
  • Strong and open communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

Bonus Points

  • Share our passion and love for music
  • Curious about design systems and component management
  • Experience in producing assets for App Stores and paid user acquisition (Ads)
  • Good drawing / illustration skills

Our office is in Vallila, Helsinki. We are working in a hybrid model. Our team is easy-going yet super talented and ambitious. We are set to make an impact for the future. Note that playing a musical instrument is a benefit, but not mandatory. There is a fair chance to learn, everybody will get a free Guitar or an Ukulele!
